A little post about what has been going on as I haven’t been around due to usual work reasons and needing to sleep.

The Wheatgrass is defo making a difference in my energy levels and I noticed this on my last night shift and also yesterday when I didn’t need much sleep after it and was able to get up and do some exercise after 5 hrs of sleep. I usually have my wheatgrass in the morning with my breakfast and the taste although an acquired one, doesn’t bother me anymore :)

The other bit of info is that I have lost 3lbs which brings my total to 4 in 3 weeks:) I also ordered my new copy of Jillian Michaels “6 week six pack” and yoga mat. I had to delay my start to the “shred” due to feeling like I had a cold coming on but with the wheat grass kicking in, today is the day!

I’m going to stop using night shift as an excuse to not exercise, I have been reading a lot of success stories and the underlying theme is that once you stop with the excuses of things that can be getting in the way, the weight loss happens.I plan on losing a lot of weight by the end of the summer and I am looking daily at the success stories on “My fitness pal” of the before and after pics. They really are inspiring and makes you realise just how much you can do it on your own and that you don’t need these silly diets.
