  3. Hi!

Fellow crazy-mum! I came across your blog when I googled Dr. Margaret Oats. You, see like you I am a great fan of hers. I suffered of Purple Psychosis in 2007 and stayed at the Baby and Mother unit in Nottingham, under the leadership of Dr. Oates.
Now you might ask what lead me to google her name? Well Women’s hour are putting a list of 100 Powerful Women. I think definitely Dr. Margaret Oats should be on that list. Here is the link, in case you also want to nominate her or any other women.
I congratulate you too for keeping a blog and help talk about mental health as any other health condition out there!
By the way, I am not much of an exercise person, (there is a big gap in my life between what I know is good for me and what I in fact I do), but after reading about you, I will try to do some more.
    Have a great weekend!

          1. I sent it to the hotmail address from my hotmail one and it may have gone to your junk mail?

  4. Hi there,

I hope you are well and don’t mind me getting in touch today.

I am working on behalf of a client, who has produced some really interesting research looking at the amount of people in the UK who have made a purchase and then gone on to regret buying it.

I was wondering if you would be interested in receiving this information? Maybe my client could write a guest post about the research?

It would be great if you could let me know what you think, and if we might be able to work together on this.

    Kind regards,

  5. Hi Angeline,

My name is Helena and I am currently in my third and final year at Nottingham Trent University and I am studying Print Journalism. As our final project is to create a 3000 word feature for a magazine or newspaper and a website to match our feature, we each have to do this on a partciular topic I have chosen Postnatal Depression.

I am looking into the support that mothers get at the moment and what still needs to be done to help mothers and their families, also the effect that postnatal depression has on relationships. Also the developments that have happened over the years with public reactions toward postnatal depression.

I understand that you used your blog to help you through postnatal depression and I was wondering if I would be able to interview you about your experience, it would be great if I could do a face to face interview and record what you say, of course I can hide your identity and even change your voice if that is what you wish.

It would be great to hear from you!
    Many Thanks

    Helena Smith
